Lodging Information

On-Campus Lodging

Many conference attendees stay on campus for the Conference.  Morrison Hall and Dowling Hall are located adjacent to the Anderson Recreation Center (ARC).

Lodging charges are per UNIT, not per person.   The person who reserves the unit is responsible for the entire lodging payment and is liable for any damage or lost keys. (A $50 fee will be charged for each lost key.) All rooms are non-smoking and alcohol is not allowed in the dorms.  Children may not be left unattended in the dorms.

Rooms are supplied with a set of linens (towels, sheets, blanket, pillow) for each person. Check-in is Friday, June 3, after 3 p.m.  Checkout by 6 p.m. Saturday, June 4 (one-night stay), or noon Sunday, June 5 (two-night stay). UST Housing Staff will handle check in and check out at Koch Commons.

Morrison Hall

Each unit in Morrison Hall includes four bedrooms (one twin-sized bed in each bedroom), living room, two private bathrooms (with showers), and a kitchen (with full refrigerator/freezer and microwave).   Units are air-conditioned. Married couples may share a unit. Cost is $110/night per unit (1-6 occupants). (Sleeping bags and air mattresses can be brought in.) Indicate the number of people in the unit (in the "Requests" section of the PayPal transaction) and supply the names of occupants at check-in.

Dowling Hall

Each unit in Dowling Hall  is a traditional non-air-conditioned dorm room (two twin-sized beds).  Shared bathrooms (with showers) on each floor (gender-designated). Married couples may share a room. Cost is $55/night per room (1-2 occupants). Indicate the number of people in the room (in the "Requests" section of the PayPal transaction) and supply the names of occupants at check-in.
