Lodging Information
On-Campus Lodging
Many conference attendees stay on campus for the Conference. The University of St. Thomas is offering two dorm options this year: John Paul II and Brady Hall.
Lodging charges are per ROOM, not per person ($80/night - John Paul II, $50/night - Brady Hall). The person who reserves the room is responsible for the entire room payment and is liable for any damage or lost keys. (A $50 fee will be charged for each lost key.) All rooms are non-smoking and alcohol is not allowed in the dorms. Children may not be left unattended in the dorms. Rooms are NOT air conditioned; BRING A FAN.
Rooms are supplied with a set of linens (towels, sheets, blanket, pillow) for each person. Check-in is Friday, May 30, after 3 p.m. Checkout by 6 p.m. Saturday, May 31 (one-night stay), or noon Sunday, June 1 (two-night stay). UST Conference Housing Staff will handle check in and check out at Koch Commons (#19 on campus map).
Room reservations are made online only on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms will probably sell out, so reserve your room early!
John Paul II Residence Hall - SOLD OUT
Each unit in John Paul II Residence Hall includes: a bedroom (with four beds), living room, bathroom (with a shower and two sinks), phone, microwave, refrigerator and small freezer. Married couples may share a unit. Maximum capacity: 4 people.
Cost: $80 per room (single – quad occupancy)
Brady Hall
Located next door to the Conference Vendor Area, Brady Hall is a traditional dorm. Each room has two beds, a desk and phone. Common bathrooms are on each floor (designated as men’s and women’s bathrooms on alternating floors). Married couples may share a room. Maximum capacity: 2 people.
Cost: $50 per room (single – double occupancy)
