East I-94 (from Minneapolis)

Take I-94 east to the Snelling Avenue exit (exit 238). Go right (south) on Snelling Avenue approximately one mile. Macalester College will be on your right.

West I-94 (from St. Paul)

Take I-94 west to the Snelling Avenue exit (exit 238). Go left (south) on Snelling Avenue approximately one mile. Macalester College will be on your right.

East I-494 (from the airport)

Take I-494 east to Highway 5. Take Highway 5 east and turn left (north) at Snelling Avenue. Macalester College will be approximately 2.5 miles north on your left.

North I-35 (from Iowa)

When I-35 splits into 35E and 35W, follow 35E. Take 35E north to the Randolph exit. Make a left on Randolph (crossing over 35E) and follow Randolph for approximately one mile to Snelling Avenue. Make a right on Snelling Avenue and go approximately one mile. Macalester College will be on your left.

South I-35 (from Duluth)

When I-35 splits into 35E and 35W, follow 35E. Take 35E to Exit I-94 going west. Take I-94 west to the Snelling Avenue exit (exit 238). Go left (south) on Snelling Avenue approximately one mile. Macalester College will be on your right.

Highway 169 (from Mankato, St. Peter)

Take 169 north and exit on I-494 east to 35W north. Take 35W north to Exit I-94 going east to St. Paul. Take I-94 east to the Snelling Avenue exit (exit 238). Go right (south) on Snelling Avenue approximately one mile. Macalester College will be on your right.

East I-694 (from Fridley, Columbia Heights)

Take I-694 east to the Snelling Avenue exit. Go south on Snelling Avenue approximately eight miles. Macalester College will be on your right.

Parking Options

The lot just south of Leonard Center (at Snelling and Osceola) will be for vendor parking, loading/unloading, and passenger drop-off only.

Grand Avenue parking lots (near Dunn Bros., one on the left and one on the right between 1532 & 1544 Grand Avenue)

South of the Theatre Building (#18 on campus map) - from St. Clair Avenue, go north on Macalester Drive; lot is on your right.

West of the Music Building (#19 on campus map) - from St. Clair Avenue, go north on Macalester Drive; lot is on your left.

Some on-street parking is available in the neighborhoods near campus, but you must observe any residential permit requirements or overnight parking restrictions.

The lot at Immanuel Lutheran Church is not available due to a wedding.

You can enter either the Snelling Avenue or campus side entrance of Leonard Center; there will be registration tables at both locations.
